Volunteer work and Community Service

-- Reached out to and raised ₹ 80,000 for "Boddhi Tree Foundation" - an NGO that educates and empowers underprivileged children, as well as down trodden women , to make them self sufficient.

-- Donated grains clothes and sanitary pads in multiple Slums all over Delhi, 4-5 times a year for 6 years. Also educated the women there about menstrual health, including what periods are, maintaining hygiene during menstruation, and breaking the stigma surrounding them.

-- Organised & led a cleanliness drive , in a local park, along with 3 other friends. 

-- Was part of the Outreach council in school. Organised the syllabus for "after school teaching"  (where Vasant Valley students take classes for underprivileged children after school hours) in 10th grade, participated in the waste management programme, frequently volunteered for morning traffic duty   as well as made multiple visits to a MCD school in Vasant Kunj , where I taught students how to dance & the basics of English.
